Many times when laying down at night I would ask myself this question “How can I get rid of my stomach?” I would want some wonder drug or some quick fix or gimmick to solve my dilemma. Sadly I have never found such a product or program. So if you are looking for that with this quick fix your wasting your time – you wont find it here. What you will find here are methods or programs that you could use that would be quicker then the ones you have tried in the past. I am sure that I am not the only one thinking about staying lean or getting lean with the holidays coming up and all the eating that goes with the festivities (I am not saying don’t have your fun on the holidays but don’t let them derail you – have fun – then get back on track).

Recently I have been struggling to get in adequate amounts of cardio into my fitness regiment. This was due to not liking old boring traditional cardio. Luckily for me I didn’t let this derail me. I just looked at the situation and asked myself well what do I like that could be done for cardio. I knew the answer immediately. Weird when we acknowledge that we have a problem with something how easy it is to come up with a solution. My great idea (which is not new) was to do circuit work, interval training, hiit, or tabata at the end of my weight sessions Well to say the least it has worked great. I got to do my weight training then some more training for extra fat burning with. Okay so how does my recent dilemma deal with Renegade Cardio? I thought you would never ask. Renegade Cardio is exactly what I said above – it is for those who don’t like to go to the gym every day, struggle with coming up with workout programs, like guidance from professional (Jason has been in the fitness industry for 18+ years – he also wrote these other ebooks Renegade Diet and Muscle Gaining Secrets), or for someone who wants something new to try.

As for cant wait to get up it would be times like when I was kid on Christmas morning, I just bought a new computer game (yes I am a nerd - aren’t we all a little bit but don’t like to admit it – admit it dammit - lol – okay back to the post), want to go see a new movie that just come out, or what ever life circumstance that is present in my life. Now granted those may seem like great reasons or justifications to not get the correct amount to sleep but the fact remains that getting the correct amount of sleep is important to weight loss as well other health benefits. There are numerous ways for you to burn and lose fat. Running and fat loss have always been associated together. Normal running wont hack it any more. Don’t you want to get the most out of you workouts? Meaning don’t you want to have the maximum calorie burning with the least amount of time. You could do the old, long, and boring traditional running (which is hard on the knees) or try interval running (it doesn’t have to be just running it could be cycling, swimming, etc.) Now granted yes you are gonna have to push yourself but you will the get the same results or more likely better results in less time than the long drawn out ancient cardio. Enter the future of cardio, interval training or hitt (high interval intensity training) for the more advanced.
